Albondigas South County is a monthly gathering in San Diego’s South County on the last Friday of every month. Albondigas brings together political, civic, and business leaders, as well as diverse members of the community, for thoughtful conversation about current public affairs. The gathering is intentionally non-partisan and informal, with no political agenda or positions. Instead, Albondigas creates a welcoming space where people from different backgrounds and perspectives can meet, share ideas, and build connections through meaningful and respectful dialogue.

At the heart of every gathering is a shared meal, with the traditional albondigas soup always available for attendees to enjoy. The combination of good food and open conversation creates a relaxed environment where community members, government leaders, and business professionals can interact with one another outside of formal settings. By bringing people together around the table, Albondigas encourages understanding, strengthens community relationships, and provides an opportunity for constructive discussion about the issues affecting San Diego.
